SABCommand (NZBpad): Back to Work on SABCommand!

Added by Kalen Hansen over 1 year ago

Sorry for the slow down in updates in the past month or two. I was heavily bogged-down by schoolwork.

I will have a lot more time over the next few months for updates to SABCommand, so post your new feature requests and bug reports now!

SABCommand (NZBpad): Version 1.1 Submitted to Apple [UPDATE]

Added by Kalen Hansen over 1 year ago

What's new:

  • Removed save button in settings. All settings now auto-save.
  • Added fast-app switching.
  • Various bug fixes/improvements
  • You can now send NZBMatrix nzbs by link instead of by file. This allows the name to be auto-filled by SABnzbd+. You may need you NZBMatrix settings entered into SABnzbd+ for this option to work properly.

UPDATE (11-18-10): Status is now "Pending an Apple Release". I assume this means it will be release alongside iOS 4.2 (whenever that drops).

Version 1.0 has been rejected due to a crash that Apple found. I have posted a new test release to my beta testers that will hopefully fix this problem. I expect to repost this update for review tomorrow.

Update:
This was resubmitted Oct 7, 2010 for review.

SABCommand (NZBpad): Server Data Loss

Added by Kalen Hansen over 1 year ago

The bad news:
  • Today I discovered a server problem and had to revert to a backup. Exactly one week of data has been lost.
The good news:
  • I have migrated to a new installation of redmine running on a server hosted by linode.com
  • Links will look much nicer now (no more site.kalenhansen.com stuff)
  • Redmine has been upgraded to 1.0 and will be much easier to upgrade in the future
  • No more data loss is expected on this new system

Please let me know if you notice anything out of place!

SABCommand (NZBpad): Version 0.9.1 Submitted to Apple

Added by Kalen Hansen over 1 year ago

This update brings the following changes:

  • [ADDED] ability to email yourself a config backup
  • [CHANGED] bundle display name to "SABCommand" ("NZBCommand" was a typo)

I expect it to be approved in about a week.

IMPORTANT: In the coming v1.0 update over 50+ features will be added including a massive interface overhaul. This update will wipe out all of your current settings due to some changes I had to make because of the required app name change. Please use the email backup feature to save your settings so you can restore them later! That's the main purpose of this release!
